Are the ebooks in the free ebook section really free?
Yes, you will see that they have a price but it is zero – £0.00. To get these ebooks just register than add as amnay as you like to your shopping cart. When you check out – nothing to pay – you will get a download link emailed to you for each ebook. You may then if you wish cancel your registration. Ofcourse we would liek you to also buy some of our ebooks. Some are only a few pennies and this gives me an incentive to find more great ebooks.
I am having trouble downloading my ebooks – what do I do?
First, you have a full money back guarantee and there are lots of ways that we can get the ebook to you if you have problems. You will receive an link by email for the ebooks you have ordered. You click on this link or copy and paste it into your favourite browser. We find it best to save the download on to your hard drive first. Then you should open it by clicking on the file or if this doesn’t work right click on the file and look for ‘open with’ and choose adobe reader.
When I try and open the ebook it says it is damaged or corrupt – what do I do?
We constantly check our file to make sure that they open OK. you have full refund guarantee should you not be happy. This problem is usually because the ebook has been captured as a pdf document in newer version of Adobe Reader that the one you are using on your computer. Try downloading the latest version from Adobe.com this usually works
I can’t open the file I downloaded as it is a zip file?
A zip file is a compressed folder that contains one or more files. There are many programs that will open this type of file such as WinZip. We suggest you try the free program 7Zip, here is the link http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
Is the OneToRemember shopping site secure?
Yes the site is secure we use Comodo. Hover or click on the logo for the shopping site in the bottom right-hand corner of every page. Also all payments are taken through secure payment channels. we do not hold any of your payment information in our databases. we use PayPal, 2CheckOut and Google. These sites only allow us to use them if we have secure channel to their site. Never give your OneTo Remember password to anyone else! The administartors of OneToRemember do not know your password as itr is fully encrypted in our database.
Some of the books you sell are ‘out of stock’
We try to keep a good of popular stock including used books – buit some are hard to find. If the book is out of stock please click on (Notify me – when this product is in stock). We will then send you an email wehn we ahve more in stock. You do not need to register to use this facility but naturally you will need to supply an email address.
Why does each product have three prices next to it?
All of our products are priced in Great British Pounds but we do supply an indication of the cost in other currencies – US Dollars and Euros. Please note that these are only for indications and the actual amount that you get charged will be according to the payment channel i.e. PayPal and the exchange rate on the day.

We aim to post our books to you same or next day after ordering. We will contact you if there are any problems. All the books that we sell are in stock and ready for dispatch. We send all of our books by Royal Mail, this means that if you miss the dleivery you can usually pick it up at the local sorting office or Post Office – no couriers to deal with. Our success is being built on excellent and personal customer service – just check out our feedback and see what our customers say. We offer a full money back guarantee on all of our books if the product is returned within 30 days. We are not going to quibble if it’s a few days after that either. Just drop us an email and let us know that it is coming and we will press the refund button as soon as it arrives.
